The Hotel Mercure Dahab Bay View, on which premises we are operating, is located in Dahab, directly on the shores of the Gulf of Aqaba, about 90 km north of Sharm-el-Sheikh - equal to an hour's drive.
This beach resort was built into a mountain slope and comprises six successive levels, or terraces, thus offering a very unique view to the mountain silhouettes of both Sinai and Saudi Arabia, with the wide spreading Gulf of Aqaba in between. The fruit and herb garden, from where you can enjoy the view, are inviting to rest. The hotel offers a wide variety of options for your relaxation, like spa & wellness. The housereef starts directly on the beach front, in 3m depth, and continues successively to 6m, 9m and 12m depth, before it slopes down to about 20m. Coral blocks and sea sponges are comprising sandy areas.
The Mercure Dahab Bay View offers 212 rooms, of which 65 rooms are equipped with connecting doors, furthermore there are 6 suites of 75 m 2 each. All rooms offer an unobstructed sea view, their own terrace or balcony, TV, Safe, Minibar, as well as AirCondition. One entire level is a VIP section only, with a private pool and bar. The hotel offers wireless ADSL in the whole hotel area. A VIP and cigar lounge add to the diversity of the resort.
